Edward Dunne

Managing Director

Ed has worked in the security industry for over 40 years. Upon leaving HM Forces he developed his career from the ground floor to hold senior security, loss prevention and risk management positions with household name companies such as Asda, Ikea, TK Maxx, James Beattie and Jaguar Cars.

Prior to RISC Associates, Ed held the position of Director within an SME manned guarding company and was responsible for business development, customer relationship management and consultancy services.

He has a flexible approach to the delivery of risk management training and consultancy services with proven leadership and project management skills. With a clear focus on his client’s needs and expectations, he builds productive relationships to achieve defined goals and deliver results.

Vincent Chang

Director

Vincent has worked in the security industry for more than 35 years, developing his career from the ground floor. Initially spending a number of years with Marks & Spencer in their loss prevention department, he moved on to develop his career working with a specialist security investigations and surveillance company.

Prior to RISC Associates, Vincent spent twelve years as Head of Training Services for a niche security provider. He has significant experience delivering training courses such as conflict management, physical intervention, loss prevention and bespoke courses to meet specific client needs.

He has a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience at the sharp end of security and corporate investigations. This experience is invaluable in the delivery of training programmes linked to clear learning outcomes.
