Case Study 1 – Retail Loss Prevention and Conflict Management for a National Fashion Retail Chain
The Challenge:
RISC Associates were asked to design a bespoke foundation programme that would equip all Company Loss Prevention Officers with knowledge in retail loss prevention and conflict resolution skills.
The Solution:
RISC Associates responded to the initial brief by;

All company loss prevention officers attended the course over an 18-month period with excellent feedback and satisfaction scores. This course is now used as the benchmark for entry level loss prevention training and has been embedded into the business strategy.
